From your initial call for an appointment to our fitters leaving you with your new Windows, Doors etc there’s No Pressure.

When you give us a call we will make an appointment for one of our Representatives to call round and see you.  He will take all the necessary measurements to enable him to give you an estimate; on most occasions the estimate will be given to you at the same time. Sometimes it is necessary to bring the quote back to the office for an indepth estimate.

From there if you decide to go ahead with us, Our Representative will need to call back to confirm the order and all the relevant details such as Handle Colours, Obscure Glass etc.

You will then receive a letter of thanks for your order and an installation date will be given, if this is not convenient please contact us to arrange an alternative date.

The next stage is for our surveyor to call and take the final measurements for the windows to be manufactured.

Your team of fitters will than arrive on the day of your installation and work will commence, Once the installation is complete our fitters will give you the invoice, All payments can be given to the fitters or posted to the office.

If any problems should arise after installation we have a service engineer who will call to rectify any problems, all you have to do is give us a call and we will make a suitable appointment for him to call.
